A well rounded coffee.  Nice balance.  Sweet and floral.  Milk chocolate and caramel.  Medium body with a sweet aftertaste.

This coffee reminds us of Luka Modric, central midfielder for Real Madrid and Croatia.  A veteran player who seems to get better with age.  Always in the right place, connecting defense to offense, can score when called upon, does a bit of everything.  Not flashy but recognized for excellence.
